I’m a QA Manual Tester with 3.5+ years of experience in SaaS-based workplace management products, and I bring a structured, precision-first mindset from my life sciences background. I’m proud of how independently I can own end-to-end QA sign-off for production releases and partner with developers to validate feature readiness.

At Vizmo, I work across Visitor Management, Desk, and Room Booking modules, ensuring functional quality through functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing. I’ve developed and executed 300+ test cases across web and hardware-integrated platforms, including self-service kiosks and room displays.

I focus on clarity and traceability in defect management, logging and tracking 150+ defects in Notion with severity classification and reproduction steps. I validate complex workflows such as QR scanning, ID verification, invite approvals, real-time availability, and multi-timezone Office Hours integration across web and device platforms.

While maintaining strong manual coverage, I’m actively building test automation using Playwright. I leverage AI tools to generate and refine Playwright automation scripts to accelerate test coverage for booking and approval workflows, and I’m expanding smoke and regression scripts for login, invite, desk booking, and approval flows.
