At Capgemini, I administer and support SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP HANA, BW, BusinessObjects, and SAP Solution Manager environments.

I investigate technical issues through system logs, application logs, traces, ABAP short dumps, and system-level errors. I manage production incidents, service requests, change requests, user access, roles, authorizations, SAP HANA monitoring, and technical documentation while working to SLA timelines.

I also execute kernel, SAP HANA Client, SAP Host Agent, Web Dispatcher, and SAP JAVA upgrades; manage transports, client administration, system refreshes, SSL certificate renewals, and Azure SUSE Linux patching. I develop SAP monitoring automation to reduce manual operational effort.

Beyond SAP Basis, I built RepoMind AI, a full-stack GitHub repository assistant using Node.js, Express.js, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Pinecone, and OpenAI, and developed an Air Quality Index prediction application using Django and machine learning models.
