What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support operations, clients, and teams through organized administration, clear communication, data processing, and adaptable problem-solving.

I'm currently coordinating remote operations for a USA-based home health care agency, where I follow up with clients, insurance providers, candidates, and patient documentation.

I handle outbound calls, authorization-status follow-ups, recruitment documentation, data entry, visit verification, and payroll processing. I bring clear communication and organized administrative support to fast-moving care operations.

Previously, I supported classroom management, lesson planning, and administrative tasks as a Teacher’s Assistant at Tigzirt Junior School.

As an English Language Teacher at ALS School, I taught learners from primary through high school and created lessons tailored to different levels using videos, songs, PowerPoint presentations, and games.
