I am a bilingual professional (German/Polish) with fluent English, combining administrative precision and a creative practice shaped by formal art training.

Over nearly a decade I managed front desk operations, reservations, guest relations and acted as deputy manager, handling daily operations, staff coordination and guest-facing decision-making while operating booking systems such as KW Hotel and FreeToBook.

My creative work complements my administrative experience: I hold an MA in Fine Arts, have participated in exhibitions and completed commissioned illustrations, teaching drawing workshops and producing published materials like postcards and calendars.

I am highly organised, quick to learn digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Suite and AI-assisted applications), comfortable in multicultural remote teams, and I prefer remote, part-time roles where I can combine client-facing administration with creative projects.
