I'm looking for AI training, evaluation, data operations, or full-stack roles where I can improve model quality, build reliable workflows, collaborate remotely, and take ownership in fast-moving environments.

At Micro1, I evaluate, rank, and annotate AI-generated responses for frontier AI training and RLHF-focused projects. I write gold-standard multi-turn responses and deliver high-signal feedback against detailed rubrics.
