Technical Project Manager at INNOTECH Holztechnologien who led 11 projects and helped cut manufacturing costs by up to 50%.
What I'm looking for
At INNOTECH Holztechnologien, I led digital transformation, process optimisation and innovation projects for companies in the wood and metal industries. I advised 29 companies and helped deliver production cost reductions of 5–50%; at one window and door maker, lead time was halved.
I also built INNOTECH's E-Academy from the ground up, developing its business plan and training platform, writing courses, and training and mentoring 79 participants. I managed a government-funded project on AI-supported design tools for custom parquet flooring, coordinating a university, a Fraunhofer institute, manufacturers and IT partners.
My engineering background helps me connect production teams, management and technology. At Steelcase, I applied Lean Manufacturing methods to design material handling and supply flows for a new product line; at SCM Group, I analysed a batch-one furniture production system using FlexSim simulation.
In 2026, I completed training in AI management and agile methods, including IHK certification as Manager for AI-Transformation & Tool Integration. My capstone was an AI-supported quoting system for a furniture manufacturer, and I’m now looking for roles in business and AI transformation, strategy, technical project management or Scrum-based delivery—ideally in furniture, home or manufacturing.
