At HCL Software, I developed agentic AI workflow features for HCL BigFix AEX and created an LLM-mapping module integrating OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and custom LLMs. I also led the migration of seven microservices to Azure AKS and AWS EKS.

I built WWA India’s wildlife rescue system, including an admin dashboard and Android app, supporting 50+ rescuers and 4,700+ animal rescues. My projects also include a hybrid RAG Telegram chatbot and a cross-border Amazon repricing engine.
