I draft policies, governance documents, lease agreements, NDAs, PSSAs, SoWs, DPAs, and MSAs, assessing obligations and risks against business and regulatory requirements. I also support AI automation initiatives that improve compliance workflows, document control, and operational efficiency.
I've supported M&A due diligence, regulatory filings, securities compliance, CSR activities, board meetings, ROC/MCA filings, and statutory recordkeeping under the Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.
