Somaye Khoddam

I am a dedicated laboratory specialist with extensive experience in quality control and laboratory management. My journey began with a Master’s degree in Human Genetics, where I developed a strong foundation in laboratory techniques and protocols. Over the years, I have honed my skills in various roles, including as a lab technician and QC manager, where I implemented quality control standards and trained staff on best practices.

Currently, I serve as a Supervisor and QC Manager, where I lead a quality control team and ensure compliance with ISO 15189 and ISO 9001 standards. My role involves evaluating team performance, conducting training sessions, and proposing improvements to enhance production processes. I am passionate about fostering a culture of quality and safety in the workplace, and I take pride in mentoring students and interns in cytogenetic techniques.
