What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design accessible, AI-powered, and enterprise products where I can simplify complex workflows, work closely with users and cross-functional teams, and grow design systems and design culture.

At Verizon, I design AI-powered customer support experiences for the Optix (FiOS) platform, turning complex wireline workflows into intuitive tools for agents. One solution I designed contributed to an 11.76% reduction in Average Handle Time.

Previously at Salesforce, I designed pre-sales CRM experiences through user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using the Salesforce Lightning Design System. I partnered with Product Managers, Solution Engineers, Customer Success teams, Developers, and industrial teams across time zones to uncover pain points and shape practical solutions.

I enjoy talking to users, mapping messy processes, and uncovering the why behind problems. My work brings together user research, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and scalable design systems to balance user needs with business goals.

Beyond product delivery, I lead Verizon India's Design Culture Champion initiative, facilitating workshops, design thinking sessions, and activities that strengthen collaboration across the UX community.
