I started my career as an early childhood educator and school administrator with extensive experience leading nursery and primary classrooms and managing school operations.
I have held roles as Head of Nursery, Grade 4 class teacher, Head of Academics and School Administrator, where I trained and supervised support staff, handled client relations, and managed records and compliance.
My qualifications include a B.Ed (Primary Education) in progress at National Open University, TEFL training (in view), full Montessori teacher training, and multiple refresher courses in early childhood education and teaching methodologies.
I recently had a career switch where I transitioned into HRM. I am currently dedicated to learning, understanding and following HR Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), Talent acquisition procedures, Administrative and Documentation Management, Onboarding, Employee Engagement & Culture, Learning & Development processes.
