I’m a Human Resources and Accounting specialist, currently finishing my Contaduría Pública and holding a Tecnología en Contabilidad y Finanzas. I bring a strong commitment to organization, communication, and results in every process I lead.

I have broad experience in talento humano, managing nómina, contratación, liquidaciones, procesos disciplinarios, and bienestar laboral. I also work with indicadores de gestión to support decision-making.

In my recent roles as Coordinadora de Gestión Humana and Analista de Gestión Humana, I have supported leadership with human talent operations, handled reporting, participated in auditorías, and ensured follow-up on activities. I focus on resolving problems and maintaining consistent process execution.

Because I also have experience in procesos contables, I approach administrative and financial management with an integrated perspective. I lead with liderazgo, teamwork, and clear communication, always aligning operations to organizational goals.
