I'm looking to support clients and patients through nutrition education, healthy lifestyle guidance, plant-based nutrition, and personalized care in a client-centered environment.

I'm a Nutritionist and Dietitian from the National University of Colombia, providing personalized guidance for weight loss, muscle gain, healthy habits, and plant-based dietary transitions.

At Conexus LMT Group supporting Novo Nordisk Central America, I educate patients with obesity, diabetes, and prediabetes on semaglutide device use, healthy eating, and lifestyle habits. I also lead individual and group education sessions and address treatment-related concerns.

I've supported nutritional management, menu evaluation, vegan meal adequacy, compliance reviews, and food-service auditing at the National University of Colombia. I also provide freelance nutrition guidance, meal-planning support, anthropometric assessment, and plant-based transition coaching in Spanish and English.
