I seek a challenging analytics role focusing on data science, visualization, and dashboarding where I can drive strategic insights, mentor teams, and deliver measurable operational impact.

I am a data analytics professional with over five years of experience delivering root-cause analysis, dashboards, and data-driven process improvements at Amazon Development Centre India. I leverage SQL, Power BI, Tableau and Excel to build real-time trackers and performance dashboards that monitor SLA breaches and data anomalies.

I hold a Master's Program - Data Analyst (Simplilearn in collaboration with IBM) and additional certifications in SQL and advanced Excel. I have led cross-functional training, coached new analysts on analytical thinking and escalation workflows, and improved data literacy and dashboard adoption across teams.

My achievements include R&R Winner and Prime Performer awards, development of an end-to-end Power BI dashboard for Zomato business analytics, and enhancement of data tracking tools to improve issue monitoring and operational reliability.
