I'm currently supporting the San Francisco Department of Public Health Office of Cybersecurity, where I monitor, investigate, and remediate MDR/MPR and XDR incidents, closing more than 50 cases per day and escalating confirmed threats.
I review logs and support incident analysis across on-premises and cloud Check Point firewalls. I also manage Active Directory permissions, resolve remote-access requests in ServiceNow, and build PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive access tasks.
Previously, at Chevron's Cyber Chapter, I implemented Azure security policies across more than 220 subscriptions and developed JSON-based remediation scripts for noncompliant virtual machines. I also piloted Desired State Configuration automation alongside cloud and security teams.
Across cybersecurity, network, and field-services work, I troubleshoot connectivity, support endpoint lifecycles, configure workstations, and follow change-management processes.
