My published research includes deep learning and transformer-based work on detecting depression and suicidal risk in Bangla social media posts, along with research on reinforcement learning and large language models presented at IEEE conferences.

At Zensoft Lab, I developed machine learning and deep learning pipelines for employee performance analysis, using structured and unstructured data to support intelligent HR decision-making.

As a Data Annotation Analyst at Rooya Bangladesh, I review and label datasets and conduct quality checks to support AI and machine learning systems.

I’ve also developed projects including a YOLOv8 and ByteTrack people-flow detection system, a mental health detection framework, and an audio transcription application using OpenAI Whisper and Gradio.
