I trained NeuroScan, a self-supervised MAE-pretrained U-Net, on BraTS2020 for multi-class brain tumor segmentation across four MRI modalities. I also deployed a Flask app for inference and visualization of segmentation masks, heatmaps, and confidence statistics.

My projects include AskDoc, a medical Q&A chatbot using a LangChain RAG pipeline, and a lyrics-based music recommendation system combining sentence embeddings, emotion classification, and topic modeling. In research, I contributed to model comparison, experiment design, evaluation, and manuscript preparation for work on self-supervised tumor segmentation.
