What I'm looking for
I’m a highly motivated final-year Food Engineering student with hands-on quality control experience in the beverage industry. Through my Erasmus Exchange Programme at the University of Szeged, I built an international academic foundation and gained exposure to industrial-scale dairy processing through an observational technical visit.
In my Long-Term Quality Control internship at Dimes A.Ş., I performed comprehensive physicochemical analyses (including Brix, titratable acidity, spectrophotometer analysis, and turbidity measurements) to support product quality and standards compliance. I also conducted sensory analysis, documented test conditions and results in detailed technical reports, and supported R&D and production teams by preparing product batches based on standard formulations.
I’m comfortable working in regulated environments, including participating in monthly GMP audits to maintain safety and hygiene standards. I enjoy translating engineering know-how into daily operations, collaborating across teams, and contributing to continuous improvement through strong problem-solving and technical reporting.
