Provided hardware, software, and technical support for university faculty, staff, and students across multiple platforms and devices. Troubleshot computer systems, software, peripherals, and hardware while maintaining lab technology and equipment.

Managed concession operations including customer service, order fulfillment, cash handling, inventory/restocking, food safety, and facility upkeep. Helped oversee day-to-day operations while maintaining health, safety, and service standards.

Provided customer service, prepared orders, processed payments, and maintained daily opening/closing and sanitation procedures.

Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, completed in May 2023.
