I'm looking to lead product strategy and agile delivery for regulatory, financial-services, or data products, partnering with clients, regulators, and globally distributed teams to solve complex operational and compliance challenges.

At DTCC, I lead the EMIR regulatory rewrite for derivative transaction reporting, serving as a primary liaison to ESMA, chairing an Inter Trade Repository Working Group, and running client working groups. I own backlog prioritization, roadmap and Book of Work planning, sprint delivery, risk governance, and client solutioning across regulatory reporting needs.

Previously, I delivered credit decisioning, fraud protection, merchant onboarding, and banking transformation programs for Tier-1 UK banks through Publicis Sapient and Capgemini. My work reduced onboarding data capture by 70%, agent time by 80%, and onboarding timelines from more than 20 days to hours; I also bring consulting and operations leadership experience from Dun & Bradstreet, TCS, and Citigroup.
