At FirstDraft Studio, I own product discovery, customer journey optimization, growth strategy, and CRO for D2C brands, working directly with founders. For Panache Artistry, I rebuilt the customer journey and lifted conversion from 1.8% to 3.0%; I also helped generate $18K in GMV within three months for a new UAE brand launch.

I’m building Theliv, an applied B2B AI SaaS product for freelance website designers and design agencies. After researching the problem with 36 users, I wrote the PRD and built an MVP that turns unclear inputs into structured briefs; it progressed to Round 2 of 3 at VibeCon India.
