At a Singapore-based retail business, I support finance, bookkeeping, and e-commerce operations, recording transactions in Xero and checking customer payments against sales and invoices. I also support sales through Shopee and Lazada, monitor stock movements, and coordinate order fulfillment.

Previously, I supported finance and accounting at PT Jasamarga Balikpapan Samarinda, Telkom Property, and Telkomsel. At PT Jasamarga Balikpapan Samarinda, I identified and prevented a potential SAP journal entry error involving approximately IDR 8 billion before it affected the financial records.
