Supervising U.S. Immigration Paralegal driving high-quality filings, workflow efficiency, and team performance.
What I'm looking for
I’m a U.S. Immigration Supervising Paralegal with demonstrated expertise managing high-volume family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian immigration matters. I’m known for drafting USCIS-compliant filings, developing waiver-based cases, and executing complex legal strategies with precision.
In my current role, I supervise and mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants to ensure consistent case quality, legal accuracy, and strict adherence to firm protocols. I oversee onboarding and training, review and approve petitions and legal correspondence, and coordinate schedules, deadlines, and workload distribution to meet filing timelines.
I serve as lead paralegal for complex cases including I-130, I-485, I-601A waivers, PERM, H-1B, and consular processing. I lead client intake meetings, assess case eligibility, guide document preparation, and collaborate with attorneys on evidence compilation and responses to RFEs and NOIDs.
I also focus on operational improvement—authored website legal content aligned with current immigration standards, helped refine internal legal templates and workflows, and monitor policy changes and USCIS practice trends to keep work current and effective. My background also includes experience in commercial litigation and banking law, strengthening my legal research and compliance mindset.
