At EXL Services, I prepared operational reports and Excel dashboards tracking KPIs, productivity, and daily business performance. I also extracted, validated, and monitored 20K+ records from an Oracle-based internal application for reporting and process tracking.
I've supported ad-hoc reporting with SQL and Excel, identified data inconsistencies, and helped automate recurring reporting through Python and Power BI to improve turnaround time. I also coordinated reporting delivery during a high-volume pilot project while meeting SLAs.
Through projects in taxi demand, e-commerce analytics, banking churn, and HR attrition, I've analyzed large datasets, built Power BI dashboards, and developed a Logistic Regression churn model with approximately 0.89 accuracy and 0.90+ ROC-AUC.
