At HaystackAnalytics, I currently work as a Medical Science Liaison. Before that, I worked as a Scientific Officer for the Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists' External Quality Assurance Service (IAMM EQAS) North Centre at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
My PhD research, jointly supervised by the School of Medical Science and Technology at IIT Kharagpur and the Microbiology Department at Tata Medical Center Kolkata, focused on infection control. I studied regional antimicrobial resistance and pneumonia prevalence in patients with cancer.
My research programme developed my experience in clinical research and microbiology diagnostics, as well as a working understanding of clinical oncology. I also hold a Master of Science in Molecular Medical Microbiology from IIT Kharagpur and a BSc with double majors in Microbiology and Biochemistry from St. Xavier's College Mumbai.
