At Carnelian School of Egypt, I authored the Pre-K to Grade 8 curriculum across subjects, including schemes of work and a full year of lesson plans. I also developed early-years phonics and explicit vocabulary, morphology and reading instruction, using CAT4 and DIBELS evidence to plan targeted support.
At Myanmar International School, I taught Grade 7 English and Grades 6–7 drama while serving as Director. I revamped EAL provision, used DIBELS to monitor literacy progress and led weekly professional learning on questioning, assessment, data use and scaffolding.
As an Adult Tutor Course Developer at ETI, I designed and built a foundation course for adult online tutors, sequencing learning, explanations, activities and checks for understanding. Across my work, I start with the learner and the goal, then adapt instruction and assessment to support progress and appropriate challenge.
