I’m a GIS Analyst with over 7+ years of experience working with GIS systems to analyze spatial data, extract information, and build clear visual outputs. I focus on turning satellite image and dataset inputs into reliable maps and project-ready reporting.
In my current role as a Project Assistant at ICAR- National Bureau of Soil Survey & Land Use Planning, I prepare base maps for different watersheds using satellite imagery and given shapefiles. I extract land use and land cover, perform topology correction, prepare databases according to the provided data, and design map layouts before contributing to the detail project report.
Earlier, I worked as a GIS Engineer and GIS Trainee supporting toposheet digitization, road and river/forest updates, and geospatial workflows like georeferencing and digitization. I’m comfortable working with tools including QGIS, ArcGIS, Google Earth, and Power BI, and I value accuracy, field-research inputs, and data-driven decision support.
