What I'm looking for

I'm focused on leading public-policy, skills-development and economic-growth initiatives that connect research, institutional reform and labour-market opportunities.

I'm Director of the Centre for Public Policy and African Studies at the University of Johannesburg, where I lead executive management, business development, teaching and supervision. I also teach public policy, industrial policy and research for leaders, and design programmes for members of Parliament and MPLs.

Through Strategic Consulting Services, I have delivered policy, skills, labour-market and growth strategies for government and sector bodies, including construction-sector recovery planning and a green construction innovation hub. My work draws on long-standing leadership in education, training, local government and institutional turnaround, alongside research on post-apartheid South Africa.
