What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can solve difficult statistical and software problems end-to-end—using Python/SAS/SQL and automation—to produce reliable clinical and data-driven insights, with strong mentorship and room to grow.

I’m a Biostatistician with a strong foundation in mathematical statistics and a practical programming mindset. While progressing through my Master of Science and into my Doctor of Philosophy at the University of the Free State, I’ve built a career centered on applying statistics and software to real-world analysis needs—supported by my work at Bioforum as an Associate Biostatistician and now as a Biostatistician.

I thrive on end-to-end problem solving: from designing and running simulations to delivering dependable analysis and automation. My research includes comparative analysis and optimization of machine learning models for regression and classification on structured tabular data (implemented in Python with Git-based version control and written in LaTeX), and sensitivity testing for stochastic reserves and profits using Julia and statistical analysis in R. I also developed an agentic multi-LLM framework to automate clinical trial programming workflows (including SPL/TFL-style outputs and AdAM/TFL program generation), because I genuinely believe the best results come from combining statistical rigor with automation that a team can trust.
