At AIO, I own end-to-end QA for the Twilio-based SMS ordering module, third-party ordering and delivery, and receipt integrations. I design test strategies and validate features against product requirements.
I’ve tested DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub ordering flows, checking that order details move accurately from partner platforms through to POS and kitchen systems. I also tested DoorDash Drive delivery from dispatch through delivery status updates.
As Platform Compliance Associate at AIO, I led an integration-testing initiative across the platform’s modules and validated communication between in-store hardware and backend systems. I tracked defects in Jira and verified fixes through regression testing.
At Esided Business Solutions, I owned QA for the Linked Leads platform, writing test scenarios and conducting system, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
