What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where accuracy matters. I want to grow by combining my cash-handling and service experience with dispatch and freight brokerage skills in a fast-paced, supportive team.

I’m a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, cash handling, and logistics training. I’m currently working as a Cashier at Pilot Flying J while completing a Business Administration diploma.

I’m certified in dispatch and freight brokerage through ITS Dispatch Academy, with knowledge of load planning, freight coordination, shipment tracking, and carrier communication. I bring strong computer skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

In retail roles, I operate POS and register systems to process transactions accurately, greet customers warmly, handle returns and exchanges, and keep work areas clean and stocked. I also support inventory control, stocking/rotating inventory, and maintain product displays while following safety and security procedures.

Beyond customer-facing work, I completed Personal Support Worker (PSW) placements at St. Lawrence Lodge and Brockville General Hospital. I supported daily living activities, mobility and hygiene, monitored well-being, and collaborated with healthcare teams while following infection control and safety standards.
