At UKG, I built and maintained Java automation for WFM and UDM workflows across web, mobile, and API layers. I added API and integration coverage with REST Assured and Cucumber, validating JSON payloads and backend data with SQL.

I migrated the P0 smoke suite from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and troubleshot flaky tests by improving synchronization and consolidating shared framework utilities. For InTouch DX, I extended Appium coverage on real devices and supported device-to-WFM test planning and verification.

Earlier, at Aeris Communications India Pvt. Ltd., I monitored customer-facing applications, triaged incidents, and validated patches and hotfixes. At Fujitsu, I developed and refactored Java components and wrote JUnit tests as part of a test-driven development process.
