Siddartha Stha

I’m a BSc IT student at Techspire College in Kathmandu, and I build real, usable experiences—starting with UI design and extending into practical IT work.

Through my TECHSPIRE COLLEGE AI/ML Internship, I gained hands-on experience with foundational Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, including working with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn. I built small-scale ML models and practiced data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation in beginner-level projects.

In parallel, my Telecommunications Operations internship (Telecom(NTC), Nepal) gave me operational insight into large-scale network monitoring. I observed real-time performance monitoring, alarm management, and incident response, and I assisted with reviewing incident logs, troubleshooting steps, and preparing performance reports under supervision.

I’m now focused on IT roles such as UI/UX Designer, Web Developer, and IT Support Specialist, combining UI design skills (Figma) with strong technical foundations and a reliable, team-first approach. I also earned certificates in Python, database fundamentals, and telecommunications operations to keep my skills grounded and production-minded.
