What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue coordinating complex projects where I can strengthen project controls, stakeholder coordination, commercial close-out, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

I'm currently coordinating multidisciplinary activities and close-out deliverables for a R60+ million multi-site infrastructure programme at Tusk Construction Support Services.

I chair client-contractor close-out meetings, coordinate project managers, quantity surveyors, architects, engineers, and client representatives, and drive action tracking and defect resolution.

I maintain WBSs, progress trackers, action registers, defect logs, and close-out schedules while coordinating compensation events, variations, payment certificates, final accounts, and compliance documentation.

Previously, I managed residential property transactions at Startprop from client engagement and marketing through offer and sale completion, including subsidy, FLISP, bond, cash, curatorship, and deceased-estate transactions.
