At Mauli Industries, I planned supply for the plant’s product lines, built production schedules from customer demand, inventory, and machine capacity, and kept suppliers aligned. I cut lead time by 11% and held on-time delivery at 88–97%.

When Red Sea shipping was disrupted, I analyzed supplier lead times, open orders, inventory coverage, and production needs. I found alternate routes and sources and put a contingency plan in place so production did not stop.

At Siemens Ltd., I owned demand planning, supply planning, and material availability for MCB circuit breaker assembly lines. I ran SAP MRP daily and planned around supplier capacity, import lead times, and COVID-19 lockdown limits so assembly lines did not stop.

I also built Power BI and Excel VBA reports, ran a 5SQ/5SX series ramp-down and new-series ramp-up with minimal scrap and write-off, and coached planners and material handlers. I’m preparing for the APICS CPIM/CSCP exam and am open to relocating anywhere in the U.S. for the right role.
