At Fashion Flow Apparels Ltd., I support garment production by verifying style requirements, operation sequences, SMV values, and machine and attachment needs. I facilitate pilot runs for new styles, prepare machine layouts, feeding plans, and standard work sheets while reducing wastage.
I conduct work and time studies, including Yamasaki analysis, to improve line performance and resolve production issues. I also prepare productivity reports, develop operator skills, and promote safety, environmental standards, and 5S compliance.
