At Happiest Minds Technologies, I own the Q2 Lending (Salesforce) backlog and designed its integration landscape, delivering integrations across loan origination and servicing. Automating credit pulls, bank-statement analysis, and sanctions screening cut underwriting decisions to two hours or less for standard applications.
I also directed a 500,000-record Salesforce-to-Odessa LeaseWave migration with zero post-go-live defects, and built Power BI dashboards and Azure Data Warehouse models that saved 20 hours of manual reporting each week. For a mobile wealth-management app, I scoped the MVP from 30 features to 18; its first release went live within four weeks of build start.
Previously, at Odessa Technologies, I led a plan to retire legacy-system dependencies that reduced a fleet-leasing client's operating expenses by 8% (about $600K a year).
