What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role in medical billing, accounts receivable, denial management, healthcare claims, or revenue cycle management.

At TruBridge HealthCare Private Limited (An IKS Health Company), I process and follow up on U.S. healthcare claims and accounts receivable. I research claim status, payment issues, denial reasons, and payer-specific guidelines.

I review CPT codes, modifiers, and EOB/ERA information, then determine next steps for denied claims, including corrected claims, appeals, and reconsiderations. I work with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, UHC, BCBS, Humana, and other insurance payers.

Before that, at Knack RCM, I worked on denied, unpaid, and underpaid claims, using payer portals and RCM workflows to resolve outstanding accounts and maintain accurate AR notes. At Teleperformance, I handled healthcare-related customer interactions and documented issue resolution.
