At the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), I built an ML pipeline to automatically classify UCC complaints. I developed models to categorize messages as Service, Promotional, or Transactional using Python, pandas, scikit-learn, and NLP techniques.
I’ve also built a document classifier for customs and trade documents, and a real-time hand gesture recognition system for camera-based mouse and game control. I’m studying Computer Science and Engineering at BRCM College of Engineering & Technology.
