I’m a Jr. Officer, Production at Indoco Remedies Limited in Goa, and I focus on keeping batch manufacturing documentation accurate, traceable, and audit-ready. I prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), handle change control, and review executed records to support consistent production outcomes.

I work across the documentation lifecycle by initiating change control and SOP revisions to address anticipated CAPA needs. I also ensure documentation integrity by coordinating with QA, safety, and other departments, so non-compliance is avoided during regulatory and safety audits.

To stay aligned with global compliance expectations, I follow the ALCOA principle in line with World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, in harmony with GDP, ensuring records are properly or electronically discoverable and maintain a reliable audit trail. I also prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in obedience to cGMP requirements to reduce rework.

I bring hands-on experience with Trackwise, DMS, and Minitab, and I support training using a validated learning management system (VLMS). Alongside my production role, I’ve completed a chemistry project involving synthesis and method validation through solvent screening and confirmation using IR spectral technique and melting point.
