I have worked in roles such as Plant Incharge and Shift Incharge at several companies, gaining practical expertise in batch handling and GMP-compliant documentation.

My background includes repeat assignments at large pharmaceutical firms and smaller API manufacturers where I managed production activities, standardized batch solutions, and addressed operational problems. I bring a pragmatic approach to process control and day-to-day plant operations.

I am skilled in production documentation, administration, batch reaction handling, and troubleshooting current production problems. I work well with cross-functional teams and have experience maintaining daily and monthly GMP records.
