What I'm looking for

I’m seeking data analyst roles where I can combine SQL, BI reporting, integration expertise, and stakeholder communication to deliver data-driven insights. I’m especially interested in applied business research, statistical modelling, and analytics work across HR and payroll domains.

At Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions, I designed and implemented 15+ third-party HR and payroll integrations with a less than 1% error rate, working across enterprise platforms and global stakeholder teams.

I translate business and data-flow requirements into integration logic, field mappings, validation rules, technical blueprints, and reporting-ready data pipelines. I’ve worked with REST and SOAP APIs, Workday PECI, XML, JSON, Groovy, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, and resolved 20+ QA defects to reduce post-deployment issues by approximately 35%.

My earlier work in documentation and editorial roles strengthened my ability to turn complex information into clear processes, user content, and data-informed narratives. I’m pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics & Data Science and targeting data analyst work at the intersection of technical depth, business communication, and applied research.
