I lead consolidated financial statements, NAVs, LP reporting, ASC 820 valuation analyses, treasury planning, audits, tax coordination, and regulatory reporting.

I've spent more than a decade in venture capital and private equity finance, including fund accounting leadership at Longitude Capital Management, Frazier Healthcare Partners, and Columbia Pacific Advisors. My work has covered capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, management fees, carried interest, portfolio valuation, fund performance metrics, and investor reporting.

I strengthen controls and scale finance operations in complex multi-entity environments. At WestBridge, I spearheaded NetSuite ERP and Ramp implementations to standardize workflows and expand reporting automation.

Earlier, as Divisional Finance Controller at Vedanta Limited, I led billing, accounts, cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and finance operations in SAP ERP. I'm a California CPA and Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience partnering with CFOs, senior leadership, investment teams, auditors, tax advisors, and investors.
