I seek a senior accounting role focused on fund/private-equity or real-estate accounting where I can lead teams, improve processes with analytics, and support audit and investor reporting in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am an accounting and finance professional with hands-on experience in real estate, technology, manufacturing, retail and private equity funds.

I currently lead a team of fund accountants, drive operational performance, and ensure accurate financial reporting including capital call and distribution notices, carried interest and waterfall calculations. I review journal entries, investor allocations, management fee calculations and support year-end audit and tax processes.

Previously I managed monthly close and fund/property accounting for large portfolios (including 20,000 rental properties), performed in-depth revenue and variance analysis, and optimized processes to deliver timely reports for management, investors and lenders. I have built financial models for new investment projects and prepared budget vs actual analyses for management companies and funds.
