At M&G Global Services Private Ltd, I developed AI-powered applications for document intelligence and enterprise knowledge retrieval using Python, machine learning, generative AI, and RAG.
I built document processing pipelines from ingestion and preprocessing through chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, and question answering. I also implemented semantic and hybrid search with FAISS, ChromaDB, and Azure AI Search, integrating Azure OpenAI for grounded responses.
On my Enterprise Knowledge Assistant project, I developed document search and context-aware question-answering workflows, along with REST APIs for upload, indexing, and search. I also worked on an AI-based platform that converted Word documents into Markdown, with validation to check structure and formatting.
