At IBM, I designed and developed an AI-driven framework for handling SAP IDoc failures in Logistics and Manufacturing. Its agentic workflows access SAP data, identify and resolve errors, track status updates, and reduced manual intervention by 95%.

I also developed an agentic document archiving and classification solution for export mailboxes. It combines Microsoft Power Automate flows, AI/ML classification, OCR, and a Microsoft Copilot Agent to support document processing and compliance workflows.

At IBM, I developed multilingual RAG pipelines for PDF question answering and Text-to-SQL applications with optional graph-based visualizations. I also designed a SAP customer-screening solution and integrated an ML-based PDF scanning tool to extract license data.

Before IBM, I worked on image QA automation and promotion effectiveness at Accenture, NLP-based address cleansing and header annotation at Bridgei2i Analytics Solution Pvt.
