Managed Emergency Department, Inpatient, Outpatient, and Ultrasound services, utilizing the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for patient management and documentation. Served as the primary decision-maker for management plans and collaborated within a team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Involved in history-taking, examinations, and the operation of the EPIC Electronic Medical Record System under supervision. Presented cases and actively participated in discussions regarding investigation and management plans during morning rounds and didactic sessions.

Served as a Clinical Extern in an outpatient clinic setting, working alongside a Nephrologist.

Maintained patient records using the Cure MD Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) and presented cases to physicians for discussions on differential diagnoses and management plans. Served as co-chief of the Hyperlipidemia initiative as part of the Global Forum of Research and Initiatives.

Performed ER duties and inpatient rounds, managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Executed various medical procedures including venipunctures, urinary catheterization, NG tube placement, and endotracheal intubation.

Participated as the sole physician in a one-day health camp, conducting general health checkups and providing counseling on non-communicable diseases and psychiatric illnesses to 125 beneficiaries. The camp was organized by final-year BMLT students.

Volunteered in an awareness program promoting menstrual hygiene and health education to students, delivering a presentation on female reproductive anatomy, menstruation physiology, and hygiene practices. Engaged in Q&A sessions and distributed sanitary pads with guidance on proper use and disposal.

Worked in the emergency department and outpatient clinic, managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Ensured consistent and accurate medical record keeping for all patients.

Provided emergency management in the emergency department and led a team of 15 healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care in ER, COVID ICU, and wards to COVID-19 patients. Collaborated with hospital administrators to streamline patient care and improve hospital efficiency, and worked in the Gynae/OBS department, assisting and performing C-sections under supervision.

Actively participated in organizing a blood donation program and was responsible for collecting and recording blood group data of students and faculties for convenience.

Conducted a curriculum-based Health Service Management Field program in Sindhuli, Nepal, studying the Health Care Delivery System and coordination among healthcare organizations. Formulated a five-year plan on the Safe Motherhood Program, collected data, interpreted findings, and prepared a report.

Completed a comprehensive medical program at Chitwan Medical College, affiliated with Tribhuvan University. Focused on foundational medical knowledge and clinical skills necessary for patient care.
