As an Operations Intern at Kustodian.life, I designed and managed structured case pipelines to improve operational transparency using Excel. I analyzed EPFO datasets across 100+ client records, identified discrepancies with 95% accuracy, and collaborated to drive corrective actions that improved outcome efficiency. I also owned end-to-end case resolution and grievance settlement, achieving a 90%+ successful closure rate and enhancing client satisfaction through transparent reporting.

As a Freelancing Business Analyst with Turing, I evaluated and benchmarked Large Language Model (LLM) outputs against prompt intent to ensure accuracy, clarity, and contextual relevance. I designed structured test cases and created 5 evaluation rubrics to surface gaps, inconsistencies, and biases, then delivered quality insights through final ratings and 100+ word summaries to support measurable continuous improvements.

My projects mirror this data-to-decision mindset: I built Airbnb Market Analysis dashboards from 20K+ listings using Python and Plotly to identify pricing and availability patterns and key booking drivers. I also developed an SMS Spam Classifier with NLP-focused preprocessing and feature engineering, selecting Multinomial Naive Bayes for 94%+ accuracy on sparse text data.
