Shreya Mukherjee

I am a science graduate turned finance professional currently completing a PGDM with a finance specialization, focused on financial modelling and reporting. I blend analytical rigor with strong communication and problem-solving skills developed through academic work, internships, and leadership roles.

I have practical experience from internships and early-career roles in insurance and wealth advisory, where I contributed to market research, portfolio strategies, and client-focused financial planning. I apply data analysis and Excel-based modelling to inform investment decisions and risk assessment.

During a two-month internship at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, I researched the impact of natural disasters on the general insurance industry and produced reports that supported risk-mitigation thinking. I have also taken NISM courses and other online certifications to strengthen my technical knowledge in finance and mutual funds.

I lead an NGO in Kolkata and maintain strong soft skills—presentation, time management and stakeholder communication—that help me work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. I look to join a finance or wealth advisory role where I can drive measurable client outcomes and continue developing my analytical and portfolio-management capabilities.
