At Infosys, I build end-to-end capabilities for a leading telehealth product across consumer and clinical platform teams. I turn complex provider and patient workflows into reliable, scalable product features that support roadmap delivery.

I've designed low-level backend solutions across data models, controllers, service layers, RESTful APIs, and event-driven Kafka integrations. I also enhanced prescription-fulfillment event publishing with Rails, Protobuf, and Confluent Cloud to provide real-time downstream visibility and reduce manual tracking.

I've led critical endpoint migrations away from unsupported legacy services, investigated integration points without disrupting live provider workflows, and partnered with content teams using AEM to support localized and white-labelled products across 16+ locales.

I enjoy leading technical initiatives, presenting architecture decisions to senior leadership, and mentoring junior developers. I helped migrate legacy Gherkin scripts to RSpec, improving testing velocity and reducing long-term QA maintenance overhead.
